We currently have an additional job opening for a Customer Service Manager- Service Sales Position.
Applicant must be a musician, be familiar with the state-wide music scene, and familiar with Pro-audio Musical Equipment.

Duties include: Maintaining relationships with over 60 music stores in the north and central part of the state of Georgia. You will be responsible for each item checked in for repair, its timely service, customer status update advice, and pickup closeout. You will also be responsible for handling the associated financial transactions, in addition, you will be monitoring our weekly pickup and delivery to each of our music store clients, to help organize their repairs for daily/weekly return delivery. This position requires you to learn and become familiar with each manufacturer warranty policy, and to learn and become proficient with our software, procedures, and policies..
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive self-starting, confidential nature are requirements.
You must be comfortable with one-on-one communication, multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, and be comfortable with Excel, Word, and the Windows environment.
Multi-line telephone duties are required.
