Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Mobile Recruiting Customer Success Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers and partners. Responsibilities include growing your customer and partner accounts by developing long-term relationships with your accounts, tracking key candidate acquisition and hiring metrics, ensuring product adoption and use, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders within Motzie and your client organizations. We strongly prefer individuals with hands-on experience in recruitment as well as account management and customer service.ResponsibilitiesOperate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customersTrack and report on key performance indicatorsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of Motzie solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metricsIdentify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainmentAssist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed SkillsHighly organizedExcellent communicator both orally and in writingAbility to use Excel, Word and OutlookCan think on your feet and not easily flusteredUnderstand how recruitment works and how recruiters think If you do not have direct experience in recruitment, please explain clearly why you think you are still our best choice for this role.
