Metroplex Management Group is a leader in the consulting industry. We are seeking a few customer service representatives who are career minded and posses unmatched people skills. This is an entry level position with opportunity to grow in management within 4-6 months. As a result of our clients quickly expanding, there are a few new openings in our firm.

We are currently hiring for individuals with experience in customer service and working with clients. We have found candidates with experience in the customer service, retail, or hospitality industries generally have the base skills needed to be successful in our customer service position.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship building
  • Maintain relationship between client and customer
  • New customer acquisition
  • Client branding
  • Customer service
  • Full time leadership mentoring
  • Entry Level management training
  • Human resource duties
