Successful candidate must be an energetic, self-starter with a minimum of 2+ years of commercial construction experience in a project management support role. A degree in construction management is preferred.

Read and comprehend project plans and specifications
Review submittals and maintain tracking log
Support estimating and subcontractor procurement and buy-out
Draft subcontracts and change orders
Assist with schedule preparation and updates
Observe work in progress during field visits
Respond to RFIs and verify impact and pricing
Monitor, verify and expedite material and equipment deliveries
Assist with preparation of owner billings and review subcontractor billings
Provide project document control
Attend weekly project meetings and prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Manage project close-out records
Minimum of 2+ years of COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE in a project management support role and a 4-year degree in Construction Management is preferred.
Must be able to read and comprehend construction plans and specs
Competency with MS Project
Proficient in project management software such as or similar to Viewpoint
Highly organized with the ability to work with multiple managers and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal skills
