Position Overview: Exciting opportunity to join our Services team to support our customers that are currently utilizing the Avaya IP Office platform. This is a Tier 3 Level Role, the individual will work with our customers to trouble shoot and resolve issues relating to their current IP Office environment, specifically around the Avaya IP 500 Chassis and other Avaya applications. Experience with the following Avaya Applications should be directly related to Avaya Server Edition, Voicemail Pro, SIP trunking and many other Avaya applications. The position will require having a full understanding of the Avaya One X Mobile and Portal, work on server related issues. Any and all Avaya Certifications such as Avaya ACSS IP Office is a plus but not required.
Required Knowledge and Experience: .3-5+ years of experience directly around Avaya Applications & Hardware. .Must have experience resolving customer related issues within the Avaya Red Application Platform. .Experience with trouble shooting SIP Trunking related issues .Well versed with 3rd party advanced call-center tracking applications .Full exposure to Xima Call accounting software a plus but not required. .Well versed with Avaya UMS/Unified Messaging Services .Worked with Avaya One-X Portal .Worked with Avaya Voicemail Pro .Direct experience with Avaya Server Edition .Knowledge with Avaya Data Switches .Working knowledge of resolving issues around Avaya Flare Experience in the telecommunications and / or IT industry preferred
