The largest manufacturer of automotive polyurethane components is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our customer service/technical assistance department. This position will provide technical assistance via phone & email, automotive product application information and order processing. Occasional travel to trade shows and events.
Requirements: Possesses excellent phone and people skills. Must have general automotive drive train and suspension knowledge and prior customer service experience. Be computer literate and have good organizational skills.
