Business is BOOMING at Bowser Automotive! We are seeking to add to our team - all dealerships. Bowser Automotive Service Technicians are responsible for repairs, inspection and maintenance of vehicles brought to dealership. Service Technicians must maintain their inspection and emission licenses and certifications. All service technicians receive ongoing training to maintain cutting-edge skills for repairing the newest technologies in our vehicles.
The Essential Responsibilities:
Test vehicle parts and systems for correct operation.
Identify mechanical problems, often by using diagnostic equipment.
Follow checklists to ensure all checks are conducted on each vehicle.
Perform basic to advanced maintenance including but not limited to oil changes, tune ups, transmissions, tire rotations, as well as electronic and air conditioning systems.
Replace and/or repair worn parts.
Assist Service Manager and Service Advisors in dealing with customers.
Explain automotive problems to customers when necessary.
Maintain all trainings mandated by the dealership.
Abide by government regulations.
Comply with Bowser safety policies and procedures.
