Job Description

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, perform walk-arounds, listen effectively to the needs and concerns of the customer
  • Review service history, and making recommendations of preventative maintenance or previously declined repairs
  • Ensuring customer is kept informed as to the status of their vehicle and service visit
  • Going over the results of the technician multi-point inspection
  • Explaining the services or repairs performed and the associated charges in detail
  • Conducting post-repair follow up via phone call or email
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Provide outstanding customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Must have the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
  • Must be able to demonstrate organizational skills
  • ADP experience preferred but not required
  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Must possess a winning attitude and show genuine concern for the customer and their time
  • Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background & Drugs)
