We are looking for dynamic, organized and detail oriented individuals to join our team and grow within our organization.
Performs as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for repair and maintenance services
Treats customers in accordance with dealership policies.
Write legible and complete ROs by asking good diagnostic questions to identify customer needs and record the information accurately
Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determines and recommends needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history
Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts and time car will be ready
Ensure all completed repairs have gone through quality control and/or a road test
Establishes follow-up time
Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
Explains all completed work and charges to customers
Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
Knowledge of automobiles
High volume mentality
