Olivia Chrysler Center is looking for an enthusiastic team of people to be part of the Internet Sales Team. This team will work toward driving revenue for the dealership! A professional appearance and courteous, yet persuasive, phone manner is needed. The ideal candidate should be well organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the car industry. Computer skills must be advanced and if hired, you must be flexible with your schedule as nights and/or weekends are not uncommon.
The job responsibilities will include: contacting leads by phone or email to assist them with their purchase. persuading the customer to book an appointment, scheduling appointments for customer to come in and look at their options as well as connect them to a sales representative, following up with all leads to let them know what cars are available; and, most of all, represent the dealership with excellent service and customer care.
