The primary responsibility of a Salesperson at Acura of Auburn is to promptly and
properly greet and assist our customers on the lot, in the showrooms or by telephone in their
search to buy a new or used vehicle.
Demonstrate new and used vehicles effectively and safely.
Perform the Service Walk without fail.
Give every customer the opportunity to buy our product by introducing them to a Manager
on duty before they leave the dealership.
In addition to implementing the structured selling process we have in place, a salesperson must also:
Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction, and devote him/herself to
guaranteeing that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest possible levels.
Personal CSI scores and any franchise CSI scores must exceed to zone/region average
Attend sales meetings.
Maintain the Showroom Control owner follow-up system that encourages repeat
and referral business and that contributes to customer satisfaction.
Maintain a prospect development system (i.e. Bird Dogs, Send a Friend, etc.).
Know our products and competitive products, and keep current on new product
features and accessories (especially their benefits to customers).
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid in state driver's license in good standing.
