Summary:

As a sales consultant you will be responsible for working with customers to help them get in the vehicle they have always wanted. You are also responsible for making sure every customer receives the Woody Butts Automotive experience by seeing that they have a satisfactory dealership experience to keep them coming back to us year after year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Meeting dealership goals and expectations
  • Receives average or above average customer satisfaction scores
  • Greeting customer with good attitude and the memorized Woody Butts Automotive Meet and Greet
  • Stays up to date on every company vehicle to better understand how to sell them
  • Technically savvy
  • Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
  • Completes paperwork in a timely fashion accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
  • Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle
  • Researches availability of models and optional equipment
  • Engages in business development and be open for constructive criticism
  • Address customer concerns
  • Follows all company rules and regulations
  • Demonstrates high moral and ethical standards in all aspects
  • Self-motives to achieve performance and sales goals

Job Requirements:

Sells automobiles by understand customer needs and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles to meet those needs. Consultants are also responsible for developing and qualifying buyers as well as closing sales.
