Automotive Internet Sales Manager
Due to recent growth and expected expansion, we are adding to our Internet Sales Department! Our dealership is looking to hire experienced Sales Professionals. This is a position for experienced Sales Professionals with excellent phone skills who would make phone calls and set appointments as well as handle the appointments set by the Internet Department each day. We are looking for someone who can work a deal from start to finish, with the sales desk, after the hand-off from the Internet Department.
If you are an experienced Automotive Sales Professional and you are tired of spending long hours on the curb waiting for people to come to you this is your perfect solution. We generate appointments that come in and buy vehicles! We need the right people to assist these customers in their purchase.

Condensed Work Schedule
1 week paid vacation after 1 year
New Vehicles= 30% commission, primary and secondary deals
Used Vehicles=25% commission, primary and secondary deals
Incrementally to 40 units=$4800
Experienced Auto Sales Professionals 3 years or more
Internet Experience a plus
Tasks and Responsibilities
Position requires flexibility including the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Make a specified amount of outbound calls daily.
Must have strong computer skills and phone etiquette
Execute an inbound and outbound phone script to build rapport and set sales appointments.
Input/maintain information captured during phone calls into the CRM software.
Keeping track of your daily calls, emails and appointments.
Obtaining minimum call requirements
Know and understand the Federal, State and local laws that govern retail auto sales.
Establish and execute personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity.
Attends product/sales training courses and meetings as determined by sales management and manufacturer.
Handle and provide rebuttals to customer objections.
Organize workflow to meet department time-frames.
Must have Valid Drivers License
Must be able to close a deal!
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
3 year of Automotive Sales experience required.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent/ College Preferred.
Professional oral and written communications.
GM Experience a PLUS
Maintain professional appearance.
Knowledge of basic computer functions & typing.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
