Must be eligible for W2 employment.
-- 5+ years minimum of software quality assurance experience. Experience developing software tests for functional, performance and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements.
-- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related engineering field or equivalent experience.
-- In-depth knowledge of testing Web-based applications. Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards and test methodologies. Expertise in testing within an agile methodology is required. Experience with Rally also desired
-- Required: 2+ years of hand-on experience writing automation scripts with HP Quality Center / QTP. Ideally candidate with HP Quality Center or ALM Business Process Testing (BPT) automated test tool experience as this is the specific tool we are using.
-- Experience in developing data driven tests and writing QTP/UFT functions using VB Script.
-- Experience in QTP/UFT object repository
-- Experience automating Web Services/Database testing using UFT a plus.
-- Strong SQL skills (working knowledge with TOAD a plus)
-- Web services testing using tool such as SOAP desired
-- HR/Benefits software testing experience is a plus
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered.
-- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
-- Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
. Must have Skills:
o Must have experience working as a QA Analyst in an Agile environment on a scrum team.
o Exposure to Automation Testing leveraging QTP and Selenium
o Must have exp with a product based company (software or product that is client facing/used by eternal vendors)
o Must be proficient in SQL, be able to write SQL Queries.
o Testing web Services using SOAP
o Must be able to interact with product owners and contributing to a cross functional scrum team.
