Job Description:

Automation Controls Engineer We are looking for entry level Automation Controls Engineers who will join our team as Design Engineers. This engineer develops both soft and hard skills under the direction of Staff and Project Engineers and is expected to assume a Staff Engineer position within 12 months. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) and have strong logic and reasoning skills. Work is performed in a professional office environment and on-site at customer facilities, working with little supervision, following well-defined standards and practices. The ability to be self-motivated and work on multiple projects is vital, as are good communication habits, note-taking practices, and time management skills.Requirements include: Four year technical degree (or a two-year technical degree with industrial controls design and programming and start-up experience). Understanding of electrical concepts Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects Good organizational habits and logical reasoning skills Ability to travel to and work at customer locations (sometimes on short notice) Live in or around the Columbus, Ohio Metro area or are willing to relocate US Citizenship or otherwise authorized to work in the United States without a Visa.
