We have a rare opportunity for a top-shelf Service Advisor with new car dealership experience.

Luxury car experience ( Cadillac, Lexus, BMW etc ) preferred but not essential.

The Automotive Service Advisor helps manage communication and expectations for all repair activities. You will act as a liaison between customers, technicians and the dealership. Acting as the primary point-of-contact, he or she must thoroughly understand the customer's concerns and manage expectations to provide world-class service. The ideal candidate for this position has automotive training and dealership experience. He or she has or will acquire ASE certification, has an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and has a strong technical and customer service background. Must also possess very good written and email communication skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior.

Job Overview:

  • Politely greet each service client by name ( when possible) who comes into the dealership

  • Politely answer service inquiries for the service department

  • Write Up Customer Pay and Warranty clients

  • Be empowered to deliver an exceptional experience to every dealership client

  • Commitment to and execution of dealership processes

  • Notify clients of results of each multi-point inspection

  • Cultivate positive morale, trust, and teamwork among our entire dealership team

  • Assist any team member when possible, regardless of department
