Assistant Service Manager - Mason, OH The Assistant Service Manager responsibilities include assisting with all activities in the service department, including, accurate completion of all processes and procedures to ensure the highest efficiency and productivity of the department. Also will assist with leading, motivating and directing the service department personnel to create an environment where customer service and teamwork maintain our passion for efficiency and customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess the skills and experience to assist in the aggressive growth expectations of the service department.We are looking for an honest, reliable, hardworking, proactive, energetic and ambitious person who is willing to work hard as a member of a team to help the company grow. The ideal candidate will have the following:Great attitude and work ethic, quick learnerGreat customer service skillsGood verbal/phone skills -- must be a clear communicatorAbility to multitask under pressure and prioritize customerAbility to follow written and verbal instructionAbility to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environmentHigh attention to detail, ability to organize tasks, maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, with strong written and verbal communication skillsIndependent problem solving skillsProvide Customer Service with professionalism, courtesy and patienceProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Some of the main responsibilities of this candidate would be:Performs as the primary liaison between the customer and the field workforce in defining and meeting customer requirements.Dispatches the appropriate technician to the customer based upon customer requirements (Technical Expertise, Time frame, Availability, Special Needs, Etc.)Generate QuotesComplete Time CardsParts procurement for service callsManagement of service parts inventoryFollow up with customers Requirements:High School Diploma or GED3-5 years experience in customer service industryExperienced with Microsoft Office - Excel, WordIndustrial oriented experience is a plusExperience with Scheduling software and CRM is a plusDispatch Experience is NECESSARY for this position preferably in the industrial services industry (i.e. HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control or Rental).Salary based on experience Benefits:Health InsurancePaid vacation and holidaysShort term and long term disability insuranceLife Insurance401K Retirement Program
