Assistant Service Manager - Mason, OH The Assistant Service Manager responsibilities include assisting with all activities in the service department, including, accurate completion of all processes and procedures to ensure the highest efficiency and productivity of the department. Also will assist with leading, motivating and directing the service department personnel to create an environment where customer service and teamwork maintain our passion for efficiency and customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess the skills and experience to assist in the aggressive growth expectations of the service department.We are looking for an honest, reliable, hardworking, proactive, energetic and ambitious person who is willing to work hard as a member of a team to help the company grow.
