Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Engineer with Hines, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Respond to tenant requests

* Operate mechanical equipment

* Complete and maintain logs

* Perform preventative maintenance and handle general repair

* Position provides on the job training and an opportunity to further develop skills for a career in building engineering.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

* High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution

* One or more years related experience preferred

* Strong mechanical aptitude

* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests
