Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile Applications Engineer within our Applications team. The position will be based out of our Watertown, MA headquarters. Responsibilities:Provide pre and post-sales technical consultation to ODM and OEMs in various industries including: Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Medical, Military, and GovernmentDevelop hardware prototypes using magnetic resonance used in demonstrations to prospective technology partnersPartner with with our sales team to cultivate new businessProvide consultation and training to customers both in North America and internationallyWork closely with WiTricity R&D and Operations teams to improve productsOther duties as assigned Requirements:BS in Electrical Engineering; Advanced degree is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English); Additional languages are a plusStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience working with customers in a technical environmentExperience working in an EE lab including experience with Oscilloscopes, Soldering, and other test equipmentStrong mechanical skillsExperience with Power Electronics and electromagnetics is a plusExperience in Mobile Electronics, Automotive, Military, and Medical industries is a plusAbility to work independently, in a fast-paced, dynamic, highly technical environment and work on multiple concurrent projects10 - 25% travel (domestic and international)
