Essential Job Functions:
QuEST is seeking conscientious, responsible, and knowledgeable individuals to immediately join our expanding engineering organization in our Indianapolis Center. This role will face the customer for specific projects defined by QuEST and the customer, be responsible for working within a delivery team and working across organizational boundaries to deliver on-time, quality results and establish and maintain technical credibility and strong relationships with customer's specialists.
Knowledge and oversight includes but is not limited to the following engineering service areas: Technical Variance management, Technical Report writing, Data analysis and computation, Failure investigation and report generation, Manual Revision, Life management on critical parts of the engine, On-wing service engineering solutions, Managing engine field events and providing the root cause, Investigation and reduction of on wing Maintenance, and Technical solutions for overhaul base support
Additional activities may include design/engineering/technical work as appropriate to fulfill customer requirements.

AS or BS Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Technology or Equivalent Experience
Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience desired
Able to work in a fast-paced, learning environment to meet quick deadlines
Ability to read blueprints/mechanical drawings required.
Knowledge of gas turbine engines for aircraft
Experience in maintenance, repair/service and overhaul of gas turbine aero engines a plus.
Knowledge of various deterioration mechanisms in Aero engine is a plus.
Experienced in engine assembly and build shop processes is a plus.
Proficiency of the MS Office Suite with good writing skills.
Ability to learn new software is required.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Office Environments.
Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
Substantial amount of telephone and computer work.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations, if required.
